Thank you for shopping with SilkPulse! We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below for detailed information about how we handle processing, delivery, and everything in between.
Order Processing Time
All orders placed on trysilkpulse.com are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Please note the following regarding processing times:
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will begin processing the following business day.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.
- During promotional events, product launches, or peak seasons, processing times may be extended by an additional 1–2 business days.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed and a separate notification once it has shipped.
Shipping Methods and Costs
SilkPulse offers several shipping options to accommodate your needs. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location, the weight of your order, and your selected shipping method.

- Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days after processing
- Expedited Shipping: 3–5 business days after processing
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days after processing

SilkPulse occasionally offers free shipping promotions. Any applicable discounts will be automatically applied or can be redeemed with a valid promo code at checkout.
Domestic Shipping
SilkPulse ships to all 50 United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Please keep the following in mind for domestic orders:
- Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may require additional transit time beyond the standard estimates listed above.
- We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes for expedited or express shipping methods. Standard shipping to P.O. Boxes is available.
- Delivery times are estimates provided by our shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier volume, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- All domestic orders are shipped via trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier selected will depend on your location and the shipping method chosen.
International Shipping
SilkPulse is proud to offer international shipping to select countries worldwide. International shipping availability and rates are determined at checkout based on your destination.
International Shipping Details
- Estimated Delivery Time: 7–21 business days after processing, depending on the destination country and customs clearance.
- Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination.
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost or product price charged by SilkPulse.
- SilkPulse has no control over customs processing times or additional fees. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information about potential charges before placing your order.
- If an international package is refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs, and the original shipping fee will not be refunded.
Countries We Currently Ship To
We ship to most countries in North America, Europe, Australia, and select countries in Asia and South America. If your country is not available at checkout, it means we do not currently offer shipping to that location. We are continuously working to expand our international shipping reach.
Order Tracking
SilkPulse provides tracking information for every order so you can monitor your shipment from our warehouse to your doorstep.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page.
- Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after your shipping confirmation email is sent. This is normal and simply means the carrier has not yet scanned your package into their system.
- You can also track your order at any time by visiting your account on trysilkpulse.com and navigating to your order history.
- If your tracking information has not updated for more than 7 business days, please contact our support team so we can investigate the status of your shipment.
Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Packages
While SilkPulse takes every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely, we understand that issues can occasionally arise during transit.
If Your Package Appears Lost
- Check your tracking information to confirm the current status of your shipment.
- Verify that the shipping address on your order confirmation is correct.
- Check with neighbors, household members, or your building's front desk or mailroom, as carriers sometimes leave packages in alternative locations.
- Allow an additional 3–5 business days beyond the estimated delivery date, as packages can sometimes experience delays in transit.
- If your package still has not arrived, contact us at support@trysilkpulse.com with your order number and tracking details. We will work with the carrier to locate your package.
Lost Package Resolution
If a package is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier, SilkPulse will, at our discretion, either reship the order at no additional cost or issue a full refund to the original payment method. Claims for lost packages must be submitted within 30 days of the original estimated delivery date.
Stolen Packages
SilkPulse is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier but are subsequently stolen. We recommend the following precautions:
- Use a shipping address where someone is available to receive the package.
- Consider shipping to your workplace or a secure location.
- Check if your carrier offers delivery instructions or the option to hold packages at a local facility.
If you believe your package was stolen after delivery, we encourage you to file a report with your local authorities and contact the shipping carrier directly. SilkPulse will do our best to assist in any way we can.
Address Accuracy
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate. SilkPulse is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
- Please double-check your street address, apartment or unit number, city, state, zip code, and country before completing your purchase.
- If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@trysilkpulse.com. We will do our best to update the address before your order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has entered processing.
- If a package is returned to SilkPulse due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to reship the order.
- SilkPulse reserves the right to cancel and refund an order (minus any shipping fees incurred) if the package is deemed undeliverable due to address issues.
Tip: If you live in an apartment complex, gated community, or any location that requires special delivery instructions, please include all relevant details in the address fields or order notes to help ensure a smooth delivery.
