90-Day Return Window
We offer a generous 90-day return window from the date your order is delivered. If 90 days have passed since your delivery date, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
- The 90-day period begins on the date your package is marked as delivered by the carrier.
- Returns received at our facility after the 90-day window has closed may not be eligible for a refund.
- If you're approaching the end of your return window and need a little extra time, please reach out to us — we're happy to work with you on a case-by-case basis.
Condition of Returns
To ensure a smooth return experience, please make sure your items meet the following conditions before sending them back:
- Unused or gently tried: Items should be in new or like-new condition. We understand you may need to try a product to know if it's right for you, and that's perfectly fine.
- Original packaging: Whenever possible, please return items in their original packaging, including any boxes, dust bags, or protective materials.
- All components included: Please include any accessories, tags, documentation, or bonus items that came with your purchase.
- Clean and undamaged: Items should be free from stains, odors, pet hair, and any signs of extended use or damage caused after delivery.

Refund Process

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a SilkPulse error or a defective product.
Step 3: Inspection and Approval
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item within 3 to 5 business days. We'll send you an email confirmation once the inspection is complete and your refund has been approved.
Step 4: Receive Your Refund
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method. Please allow the following timeframes for your refund to appear:
- Credit or debit cards: 5 to 10 business days after approval
- PayPal: 3 to 5 business days after approval
- Other payment methods: Up to 10 business days after approval, depending on your financial institution

Non-Refundable Items
While we strive to accommodate every return request, certain items are not eligible for refunds due to hygiene, safety, or customization reasons:
- Gift cards: All SilkPulse gift card purchases are final and non-refundable.
- Personalized or custom-made items: Products that have been customized, monogrammed, or made to order specifically for you cannot be returned.
- Intimate or hygiene-sensitive products: For health and safety reasons, items classified as intimate or hygiene-sensitive are non-refundable once opened or used.
- Final sale items: Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase are excluded from our return policy.
- Bundled promotional items: Items received as part of a free promotional offer or gift-with-purchase may not be individually refunded.

How to Request an Exchange

Exchange Shipping
- If the exchange is due to a SilkPulse error (wrong item shipped, incorrect size sent, etc.), we'll cover all shipping costs for the exchange.
- For preference-based exchanges (you'd like a different color, style, etc.), return shipping is the customer's responsibility, but we'll ship the replacement item to you free of charge.
- If the replacement item is of higher value, we'll notify you of the price difference before processing the exchange.
The fastest way to get the item you want is sometimes to return the original for a refund and place a new order. Our team can advise you on the quickest option based on your situation.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging and shipping every SilkPulse order, but we know that sometimes things can go wrong in transit. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, we want to fix it immediately.

- We'll make it right: Depending on your preference and product availability, we'll send a free replacement, issue a full refund, or offer store credit — whichever works best for you.
Our Commitment on Damaged Items
- You will never pay return shipping on a damaged or defective item. We'll provide a prepaid return label or arrange a carrier pickup at no cost to you.
- Replacement items are shipped with expedited delivery at no additional charge.
- If the same product is out of stock, we'll offer you a full refund or help you choose an alternative product of equal or greater value.
